1. 首先进入SG官网点击右上角的问号,进入"帮助"界面

2. 点击VIEW HELP CENTER打开"帮助"界面后,点击最下方的VIEW HELP CENTER

7. Enter detailed description of your problem in the text box, then click Continue button

8. 与人工客服持续对话进入这个界面后,就可以与人工客服持续对话,直到问题解决。如果你英文不好,用中文也可以,客服会自己翻译,别用方言就行。

8. Continue conversation with live support. Once in this interface, you can keep talking with support until the problem is solved. If your English is not good, you can use Chinese - the support will translate it themselves (just don't use dialects).

去哪里查找聊天记录? | Where to Find Chat History?

1. 邮箱每次对话结束后,SG官方都会把你和客服的聊天记录发送到对应的邮箱,直接进入查看即可。

2. Support History在HELP CENTER有一个Support History,点进去就能看到所有的对话记录,相关的问题解答都在里面。
