海外贸易7步走:从报价到装船的完整进出口流程指南
第一步:报价(Quotation)
在国际贸易中,产品的询价和报价通常是从贸易开始的。其中,出口产品的报价主要包括:产品质量等级、产品规格型号、产品是否有特殊包装要求、购买产品数量、交货期要求、产品运输方式、产品材质等。
In international trade, product inquiries and quotations usually mark the beginning of business. Export product quotations mainly include: product quality grade, product specifications, special packaging requirements, purchase quantity, delivery time requirements, transportation methods, and material composition.
第二步:订货/签约(Order/Contract Signing)
买方和卖方双方在对报价达成意向后,买方正式下订单,并与卖方企业就有关事宜进行协商,经双方同意后签订《采购合同》。
After reaching an agreement on the quotation, the buyer officially places an order and negotiates relevant matters with the seller. Both parties then sign a Purchase Contract upon mutual consent.
第三步:付款(Payment)
比较常用的付款方式有两种,即信用卡付款和直接付款。
The two most common payment methods are credit card payment and direct payment.
第四步:备货(Stock Preparation)
备货在整个贸易过程中起着重要的作用,需要根据合同逐一实施。
Stock preparation plays a crucial role in the entire trade process and must be implemented step by step according to the contract.
第五步:包装(Packaging)
要根据货物的不同,选择包装方式(如纸箱,木箱,编织袋等)。
Appropriate packaging methods (such as cartons, wooden cases, woven bags, etc.) should be selected based on different types of goods.
第六步:通关手续(Customs Clearance)
报关手续虽然麻烦但是非常重要,如果报关不顺利的话就不能完成交易。
Although troublesome, customs clearance procedures are extremely important - unsuccessful clearance means the transaction cannot be completed.
第七步:装船(Shipment)
装船时,根据货物的数量来确定装船方式,并根据购买合同中规定的保险种类投保。
During shipment, the loading method is determined based on cargo quantity, and insurance should be purchased according to the types specified in the purchase contract.
