海南自贸港健康产业园芳香精油加工厂奠基 打造中国"芳香小镇"
12月24日，海南自贸港健康产业园・芳香植物精油提取加工工厂奠基仪式在海南省海口市琼山区云龙产业园隆重举行。
On December 24th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Aromatic Plant Essential Oil Extraction and Processing Plant of Hainan Free Trade Port Health Industrial Park was grandly held in Yunlong Industrial Park, Qiongshan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province.
该项目由海南花卉市场有限公司、海南香卉儿日化有限责任公司共同投资建设，总投资2.2亿元，建设周期约1年。加工厂占地23亩，将建设研发实验室、生产区、质检区、仓储物流中心等完整功能分区。
The project is jointly invested by Hainan Flower Market Co., Ltd. and Hainan Xianghuier Daily Chemical Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 220 million yuan and a construction period of about one year. The processing plant covers an area of 23 acres and will include complete functional areas such as R&D laboratories, production areas, quality inspection areas, and warehousing and logistics centers.
项目建成后将依托海南自贸港税收优惠政策，引进法国全套精油提取设备和顶级调香师团队，产品将出口荷兰、悉尼、米兰等国际市场，同时打造"香卉儿"自主香氛品牌，建立研发-生产-销售一体化的现代化芳香精油产业基地。
After completion, the project will leverage Hainan Free Trade Port's tax incentives to introduce complete French essential oil extraction equipment and top perfumer teams. Products will be exported to international markets such as the Netherlands, Sydney, and Milan, while establishing the "Xianghuier" independent fragrance brand to build a modern aromatic essential oil industrial base integrating R&D, production and sales.
海口国家高新区表示，该项目高度契合园区大健康产业发展战略，将推动健康产业集群发展，为海南自贸港建设提供产业支撑和创新动力。
Haikou National High-Tech Zone stated that the project is highly aligned with the park's health industry development strategy and will promote the development of health industry clusters, providing industrial support and innovation momentum for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
琼山区政府强调，该项目不仅将带来显著经济效益，还将在促进就业、带动农民增收和推动乡村振兴等方面发挥重要作用。
The Qiongshan District Government emphasized that the project will not only bring significant economic benefits but also play an important role in promoting employment, increasing farmers' income and rural revitalization.
