商务部加速内外贸一体化改革 助力企业双循环发展
北京12月26日电 - 商务部新闻发言人何咏前在26日的发布会上表示，商务部将加快推进内外贸一体化改革进程，着力打通市场流通中的堵点卡点，优化营商环境，帮助企业在国内国际两个市场间实现顺畅切换。
Beijing, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) - He Yongqian, spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce, stated at a press conference on the 26th that the ministry will accelerate the integration reform of domestic and foreign trade, focusing on removing market circulation bottlenecks and optimizing the business environment to help companies smoothly transition between domestic and international markets.
在促进内外贸规则制度衔接方面，商务部充分发挥促进内外贸一体化发展部际工作机制作用，联合相关部门制定了详细的工作措施。重点围绕标准认证衔接、优化发展环境等领域，推动95项重点工作有序开展。
Regarding the alignment of domestic and foreign trade rules, the ministry has leveraged the inter-ministerial coordination mechanism for integrated trade development. In collaboration with relevant departments, it has formulated detailed measures focusing on standard certification alignment and business environment optimization, promoting the orderly implementation of 95 key tasks.
值得注意的是，商务部积极推动国际先进标准的转化应用。截至目前，我国国际标准转化率已超过83%。这一成果显著提升了我国产品在国际市场的竞争力。
Notably, the ministry has actively promoted the adoption of advanced international standards. To date, China's international standard conversion rate has exceeded 83%, significantly enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese products in global markets.
此外，商务部深化内外贸一体化试点工作取得显著成效：

- 组织9个试点地区开展先行先试，已完成80%的试点任务
- Launched pilot programs in 9 regions, completing 80% of pilot tasks
- 形成一批可复制推广的成功经验，10个典型案例在全国推广
- Developed replicable successful experiences, with 10典型案例 being promoted nationwide
- 组织30余场供需对接活动，支持优质外贸产品进入国内商超、商圈和电商平台
- Organized over 30 supply-demand matching events to help quality export products enter domestic supermarkets, commercial districts and e-commerce platforms
专家表示，这些措施将有效降低企业运营成本，提升市场效率，为中国经济"双循环"发展提供有力支撑。
