福建外贸企业加速"出海"抢订单 多地政府出台扶持政策
随着疫情防控措施的优化调整，中国外贸大省福建正全力推动企业"出海"抢订单。来自厦门市商务局的数据显示，今年前两个月，已有超百家厦门企业参加10多场国际展会，足迹遍及欧美多国，意向订单额达5.6亿元人民币。
With the optimization of epidemic prevention measures, Fujian Province, a major foreign trade hub in China, is making all-out efforts to help enterprises "go global" to secure orders. According to data from the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, in the first two months of this year, more than 100 Xiamen enterprises have participated in over 10 international exhibitions, covering multiple European and American countries, with intended orders reaching 560 million yuan.
厦门市今年初启动了"百展千企拓市场"活动，将企业赴境外参展的补助标准提高20%。泉州市也计划在一季度组织200多家企业参加12场境外展销活动。
Xiamen launched the "Hundred Exhibitions, Thousand Enterprises Expand Markets" campaign at the beginning of this year, increasing subsidies for enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions by 20%. Quanzhou also plans to organize more than 200 enterprises to participate in 12 overseas exhibitions in the first quarter.
记者走访发现，"出海"归来的外贸企业普遍呈现生产繁忙景象。泉州市鲤辉家居用品有限公司总经理林琦表示，公司上半年订单已排满，通过参加德国展会成功开发了欧洲市场。厦门百瑞来服饰有限公司在美国展会上与16家客商达成合作意向，并计划今年继续参加多国展会。
Journalists found that foreign trade enterprises returning from overseas generally show busy production scenes. Lin Qi, general manager of Quanzhou Lihui Household Products Co., Ltd., said the company's orders for the first half of the year have been fully booked, and successfully developed the European market by participating in exhibitions in Germany. Xiamen Bairuilai Garments Co., Ltd. reached cooperation intentions with 16 customers at exhibitions in the United States and plans to continue participating in exhibitions in multiple countries this year.
福建农林大学教授戴永务指出，随着疫情防控政策调整，福建企业"走出去"需求强烈。为此，福建将出台系列支持政策，包括设立800亿元稳外贸专项信贷额度，加大出口信用保险支持力度等，助力外贸高质量发展。
Professor Dai Yongwu from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University pointed out that with the adjustment of epidemic prevention policies, Fujian enterprises have a strong demand to "go global". To this end, Fujian will introduce a series of support policies, including establishing an 80-billion-yuan special credit line for stabilizing foreign trade, and increasing support for export credit insurance, to help the high-quality development of foreign trade.
