北京商报讯（记者 杨月涵）2月23日，中国贸促会商业行业委员会与XTransfer联合发布了《2021中小微企业出口贸易（B2B）指数报告》。该报告显示，2021年中国外贸出口呈现强劲增长态势，为2022年外贸发展奠定了良好基础。
Beijing Business News (Reporter Yang Yuehan) On February 23, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Commercial Sub-Council and XTransfer jointly released the "2021 SME Export Trade (B2B) Index Report". The report shows that China's foreign trade exports showed strong growth in 2021, laying a good foundation for foreign trade development in 2022.
XTransfer创始人兼CEO邓国标在发布会上对报告进行了解读。2021年中国外贸出口先行指数同比增长21%，充分展现了中小外贸企业的增长活力。报告预测，随着全球疫情逐步控制和贸易秩序恢复，2022年中国外贸出口将继续保持稳步向好态势。
XTransfer founder and CEO Deng Guobiao interpreted the report at the launch event. China's foreign trade export leading index increased by 21% year-on-year in 2021, fully demonstrating the growth vitality of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. The report predicts that China's foreign trade exports will continue to maintain a steady and positive trend in 2022 as the global pandemic is gradually brought under control and trade order is restored.
报告特别关注了中小微外贸企业国际竞争力指数。邓国标表示："中国中小微外贸企业展现了出色的灵活性和韧性，预计2022年将延续2021年的良好表现，在国际贸易中释放更强竞争力。"
The report paid special attention to the international competitiveness index of small and micro foreign trade enterprises. Deng Guobiao said: "Chinese small and micro foreign trade enterprises have demonstrated excellent flexibility and resilience, and are expected to continue their good performance in 2021, releasing stronger competitiveness in international trade in 2022."
值得注意的是，报告首次发布了中国中小微外贸企业出口RCEP区域活跃指数。数据显示，2021年中国中小微外贸企业出口RCEP区域收款金额同比增长20.7%。随着RCEP协议于2022年1月1日正式生效，预计中国中小微外贸企业在RCEP区域的贸易活动将迎来新的发展机遇。
It is worth noting that the report for the first time released the RCEP Regional Activity Index for China's Small and Micro Foreign Trade Enterprises. Data shows that the payment amount of China's small and micro foreign trade enterprises in the RCEP region increased by 20.7% year-on-year in 2021. With the official implementation of the RCEP agreement on January 1, 2022, it is expected that the trade activities of Chinese small and micro foreign trade enterprises in the RCEP region will usher in new development opportunities.
