湖南茶叶出口贸易蓬勃发展：1-4月出口量同比增长超30%
三湘都市报·新湖南客户端5月6日讯 - 作为湖南省特色农产品出口的支柱产业，茶叶贸易正迎来新的发展机遇。海关最新数据显示，2024年1-4月湖南省茶叶出口量达1.13万吨，货值2.14亿元人民币，同比增幅均超过30%。

Latest customs data shows that Hunan's tea exports reached 11,300 tons from January to April 2024, valued at 214 million RMB, with both volume and value increasing over 30% year-on-year.
目前，湖南省已建成36个出口茶叶种植基地，培育82家出口备案企业。长沙海关通过强化源头质量管控、建立产品溯源体系等举措，持续提升"湘茶"国际竞争力。
Currently, Hunan has established 36 tea planting bases for export and cultivated 82 registered export enterprises. Changsha Customs continues to enhance the international competitiveness of "Hunan Tea" through measures such as strengthening quality control at the source and establishing product traceability systems.

湖南省茶业集团作为全省唯一获得海关高级认证(AEO)的茶叶出口企业，其负责人表示："AEO资质使我们的通关效率提升40%以上，成功开拓了欧盟、北美等高端市场。"
As the only tea export enterprise in the province with AEO certification, the person in charge of Hunan Tea Group said: "The AEO qualification has improved our customs clearance efficiency by more than 40%, successfully opening up high-end markets such as the EU and North America."

长沙海关积极引导企业利用中欧班列等物流通道，拓展中亚、北非等"一带一路"沿线国家市场。湖南鸿大茶叶有限公司对摩洛哥出口同比增长达400%，成为新兴市场开拓的典范。
Changsha Customs actively guides enterprises to utilize logistics channels such as the China-Europe Railway Express to expand markets in Belt and Road countries including Central Asia and North Africa. Hunan Hongda Tea Co., Ltd. achieved 400% year-on-year growth in exports to Morocco, becoming a model for emerging market development.

海关实施的企业协调员制度为茶企提供"一对一"服务，每月通报国际市场准入新规。在白沙溪茶厂，经海关检验合格的首批320件出口黑茶已顺利发运，标志着2024年湘茶出口季正式开启。
The customs-implemented enterprise coordinator system provides "one-to-one" services for tea companies, monthly reporting new international market access regulations. At Baishaxi Tea Factory, the first batch of 320 exported dark tea products that passed customs inspection have been successfully shipped, marking the official start of the 2024 Hunan tea export season.
