淮安外贸出口创新高：1-11月进出口突破500亿 增速全省第二
中国淮安 - 根据淮安海关12月17日新闻发布会公布的数据，2023年1-11月淮安市进出口总值达500.1亿元人民币，同比增长17.3%，创下同期历史新高，增速位居江苏省第三位。
China, Huai'an - According to data released at a press conference by Huai'an Customs on December 17, the total import and export value of Huai'an City from January to November 2023 reached 50.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.3%, setting a new historical record for the same period, with growth rate ranking third in Jiangsu Province.
其中，出口表现尤为亮眼，出口额达395.4亿元，增长26.2%，出口增速位列全省第二。淮安海关通过持续优化营商环境，推动天合光能、捷泰新能源等重大项目快速投产见效，为外贸发展注入了强劲动能。
Exports performed particularly well, reaching 39.54 billion yuan, an increase of 26.2%, with export growth rate ranking second in the province. Huai'an Customs has continuously optimized the business environment, promoting the rapid production and effectiveness of major projects such as Trina Solar and Jietai New Energy, injecting strong momentum into foreign trade development.

1. 优势产业与新质生产力双轮驱动
机电产品作为主导产业出口237.7亿元，大幅增长45.8%。太阳能电池出口达75亿元，增长248.7%。

Mechanical and electrical products as leading industries exported 23.77 billion yuan, a significant increase of 45.8%. Solar cell exports reached 7.5 billion yuan, growing by 248.7%.

对东盟、欧盟进出口分别为95.2亿和94.5亿元。对"一带一路"国家进出口241.5亿元，呈现快速增长势头。
2. Remarkable Achievements in Diversified Market Development
Imports and exports to ASEAN and the EU were 9.52 billion and 9.45 billion yuan respectively. Trade with Belt and Road countries reached 24.15 billion yuan, showing rapid growth momentum.
3. 民营企业展现强劲活力
有进出口实绩的外贸企业达1388家，同比增加12.1%。民营企业进出口362.9亿元，占比72.6%。

There were 1,388 foreign trade enterprises with actual import and export performance, an increase of 12.1% year-on-year. Private enterprises accounted for 36.29 billion yuan in imports and exports, representing 72.6%.
淮安外贸在保持"量"的增长同时，在优势产品出海、新兴市场开拓和经营主体培育等"质"的方面也实现了显著提升，展现出较强的韧性和活力。
While maintaining "quantitative" growth, Huai'an's foreign trade has also achieved significant improvement in "qualitative" aspects such as the export of advantageous products, development of emerging markets, and cultivation of business entities, demonstrating strong resilience and vitality.
