绍兴酒入选首批中欧地理标志产品 加速中国古酒国际化进程
绍兴3月4日电 - 随着《中欧地理标志协定》正式生效，绍兴黄酒作为首批入选产品，正迎来国际化发展新机遇。
March 4, Shaoxing - With the official implementation of the China-EU Geographical Indications (GI) Agreement, Shaoxing rice wine as one of the first batch of listed products is embracing new opportunities for international expansion.
浙江古越龙山绍兴酒股份有限公司外贸部部长褚小米表示："德国第四批订单刚确定，法国第二批订单正在洽谈中。"自2020年11月实现欧盟出口"零突破"以来，该公司已成功将绍兴酒销往德法两国。
"Now with the protection of the China-EU GI Agreement, the export process will be much smoother," said Chu Xiaomi, head of foreign trade department at Zhejiang Guyuelongshan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd., which has been exporting to Germany and France since November 2020.

绍兴酒作为世界三大古酒之一，2000年即成为中国国家地理标志产品。此次入选《中欧地理标志协定》，意味着这款有着2500多年历史的中国美酒将在欧盟市场获得法律保护。
As one of the world's three ancient alcoholic beverages with over 2,500 years of history, Shaoxing wine obtained China's national GI protection in 2000. Its inclusion in the EU agreement provides legal protection in European markets.
出口数据显著增长

绍兴市商务局数据显示，2020年绍兴黄酒出口额达9170万元人民币，其中欧盟市场172万元。协定生效后，预计这一数字将大幅提升。
According to Shaoxing Commerce Bureau, the city's rice wine exports reached 91.7 million yuan in 2020, including 1.72 million yuan to EU. The figures are expected to grow significantly after the agreement takes effect.

"The agreement not only simplifies import/export procedures but more importantly provides stronger protection for GI products," said Hu Zhiming, a master brewer. The Shaoxing Rice Wine Association stated it will help 14 certified enterprises expand in EU markets.
