イベントについて

REST API を使って、issue と pull request のアクティビティによってトリガーされたさまざまな種類のイベントを表示できます。受け取れる特定のイベントの詳細については、「Issue イベントタイプ」を参照してください。 Issue と pull request 以外の GitHub アクティビティを表示するには、Events エンドポイントを使用できます。

すべてのPull Requestは Issue ですが、すべての Issue がPull Requestというわけではありません。このため、担当者、ラベル、マイルストーンの管理など、両機能で "共通する" アクションは Issues エンドポイント内に用意されています。

このエンドポイントは、パブリックリソースのみが要求される場合は、認証または前述メンションアクセス許可なしで使用できます。
