    Hello Ori,

    We initiated an API key in bibs processing. However, the API key configuration interface said this API can only be used in Sandbox environment and can only used in Read-only mode.
    Are there any possibility for us apply a API key used in product environment and in Read/Write mode?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Andrew,
    I see that your user wasn’t correctly configured here (it wasn’t connected to 01CALS_CHI) – fixed now.
    Please try configuring the API-key in https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/manage/keys/
