福建外贸新动力：政策红利、航线拓展与跨境电商崛起
中新社福州4月5日电 - 作为中国改革开放的前沿省份，福建正通过创新举措为外贸发展注入新活力。最新数据显示，2022年福建省外贸出口额达1.21万亿元人民币，占全省GDP的22.8%。
"Three New Drivers" are reshaping Fujian's foreign trade landscape: new policies releasing dividends, new shipping routes adding momentum, and new business models increasing vitality.

政策红利持续释放：
• "商贸贷、外贸贷"累计支持816家企业融资24.59亿元
• 启运港退税政策缩短企业退税周期
• 2023年一季度放款金额同比增长95%
New Policy Benefits:
• "Commerce and Trade Loans" supported 816 enterprises with RMB 2.459 billion
• Departure port tax rebate policy implemented since April
• Q1 loan disbursement increased 95% YoY
航线网络不断拓展：
"丝路海运"航线已达100条，覆盖全球43个国家117个港口。福建港口集团与铁路部门合作建立海铁联运平台，构建连接内陆、台湾和东南亚的物流大通道。
Expanding Shipping Network:
The "Maritime Silk Road" now operates 100 routes connecting 117 ports worldwide. Fujian Port Group established intermodal transport solutions linking inland China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
跨境电商成为新引擎：
在晋江，震龙鞋业跨境订单占比达40%，利润高于传统外贸。宝能达光电跨境业务占比超50%，带动整体业务增长20%。2023年中国跨境电商交易会意向成交额突破40亿美元。
Cross-border E-commerce Boom:
In Jinjiang, Zhenlong Footwear reports 40% sales from cross-border channels with higher margins. Baonengda Optoelectronics achieves over 50% cross-border sales with 20% overall growth. The 2023 Cross-border E-commerce Expo generated $4 billion in intended deals.
福建省进出口商会阮卫星会长表示："跨境电商帮助中小企业突破地域限制，直接对接全球市场，这是福建外贸转型升级的重要机遇。"
