2024年中国外贸高质量发展：高质量出口与不发达国家进口双轮驱动
2024年，在全球经济复苏放缓、贸易保护主义抬头和地缘政治冲突交织的复杂背景下，中国外贸依然保持了稳定增长态势，实现了质量和结构的双重提升。
According to data from the General Administration of Customs (GAC), China's foreign trade in goods grew by 4.9% year-on-year in the first 11 months of 2024, reaching 39.79 trillion yuan ($5.45 trillion), demonstrating stable growth and continuous structural improvement.
高质量出口成为2024年中国外贸的显著特征。前11个月，机电产品占出口总额近60%，其中自动数据处理设备、集成电路和汽车出口均实现两位数增长。特别是"新三样"（电动汽车、锂离子电池和光伏产品）出口表现亮眼，成为中国制造的新名片。
China's export structure has been significantly upgraded. The "new three" exports - electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries and photovoltaic products - have become new name cards for Chinese manufacturing, representing China's move up the global value chain.
与此同时，中国积极履行国际责任，通过扩大进口特别是从不发达国家进口，与全球共享中国市场。前11个月，中国从建交最不发达国家进口增长12.4%，高于整体进口增速近10个百分点。
China has been actively fulfilling its international responsibilities by expanding imports, especially from least developed countries (LDCs). From December 1, 2024, China granted zero-tariff treatment to 100% tariff lines for LDCs, making it the first major economy to implement such initiative.
通过进博会、广交会等平台，越来越多的不发达国家产品进入中国市场。第七届进博会专门为最不发达国家企业提供了120多个免费展位，来自卢旺达的蜂蜜、乌干达的野生水产品等特色商品受到中国消费者欢迎。
Platforms like the China International Import Expo (CIIE) have helped more LDC products enter the Chinese market. The 7th CIIE provided over 120 free booths for LDC enterprises, featuring products like honey from Rwanda and wild aquatic products from Uganda.
中国外贸伙伴也呈现多元化趋势。前11个月，中国与"一带一路"合作伙伴贸易增长6%，与东盟贸易增长8.6%，与拉美和非洲贸易分别增长7.9%和4.8%。
China's trade partners have become more diversified. Trade with Belt and Road partners grew by 6%, with ASEAN by 8.6%, and with Latin America and Africa by 7.9% and 4.8% respectively in the first 11 months.
展望未来，随着国务院稳外贸政策措施的实施和"双循环"新发展格局的构建，中国外贸有望继续保持高质量发展势头，为世界经济复苏注入更多确定性。
