According to Xinhua News Agency on July 1st, in response to the Netherlands' recent announcement to include certain semiconductor-related products like lithography machines in export controls, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce stated that China has taken note of the reports.

"部分光刻机等半导体关键设备被纳入出口管制,对中国芯片产业的制造将产生一定的影响,我们是坚决反对的。"信息消费联盟理事长项立刚表示。

"The inclusion of key semiconductor equipment like lithography machines in export controls will certainly impact China's chip manufacturing industry, and we firmly oppose this," said Xiang Ligang, Chairman of the Information Consumption Alliance.
