Recently, the Nanhai District Federation of Industry and Commerce organized a delegation to visit Panyu District and Nansha District in Guangzhou, focusing on learning cross-border e-commerce operations and smart port construction experiences to explore new paths for Nanhai enterprises going global.

考察团重点参观了拼多多旗下跨境电商平台Temu和欢聚集团。Temu通过技术创新为中小企业提供一站式出海解决方案，包括物流、法务和流量支持，目前已覆盖50多个国家和地区。该平台独特之处在于允许商家使用自有品牌，并提供额外流量扶持，助力中国制造打造全球品牌。
The delegation focused on visiting Temu, the cross-border e-commerce platform under Pinduoduo, and Joyy Group. Temu provides one-stop global expansion solutions for SMEs through technological innovation, including logistics, legal services and traffic support, currently covering more than 50 countries and regions. The platform's uniqueness lies in allowing merchants to use their own brands and providing additional traffic support to help Chinese manufacturing build global brands.
番禺的跨境电商生态优势 | Panyu's Cross-border E-commerce Ecosystem Advantages
番禺区委统战部副部长岑镜洪指出，番禺跨境电商产业集群的成功得益于三大优势：广州大学城的人才储备、完善的产业门类（服装、珠宝、灯光音响等），以及发达的交通网络（10多条地铁和轨道交通）。这些因素共同构成了吸引电商企业入驻的优越生态。
Zhen Jinghong, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of Panyu District, pointed out that the success of Panyu's cross-border e-commerce industry cluster benefits from three major advantages: talent reserves from Guangzhou University Town, complete industrial categories (clothing, jewelry, lighting and audio, etc.), and developed transportation networks (more than 10 subway and rail transit lines). These factors together form an excellent ecosystem that attracts e-commerce enterprises.
智慧港口赋能跨境贸易 | Smart Ports Empower Cross-border Trade
在南沙港区四期全自动化码头，考察团见证了5G、北斗导航和无人驾驶等技术的创新应用。这个粤港澳大湾区合作项目实现了完全无人化作业，装卸效率大幅提升，为跨境贸易提供了强有力的物流支撑。
At the Phase IV fully automated terminal of Nansha Port Area, the delegation witnessed innovative applications of technologies such as 5G, Beidou navigation and unmanned driving. This cooperation project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area achieves fully unmanned operations, significantly improving loading and unloading efficiency, providing strong logistics support for cross-border trade.
综合服务基地提供全方位支持 | Comprehensive Service Bases Provide All-round Support
港澳商协会之家和中国企业"走出去"综合服务基地为出海企业提供政策咨询、投资促进、风险防范等专业服务。南沙区还出台了《促进航运物流业高质量发展扶持办法》等政策，构建了完整的跨境贸易服务体系。
The Hong Kong and Macao Commercial Association Home and the Comprehensive Service Base for Chinese Enterprises "Going Global" provide professional services such as policy consultation, investment promotion and risk prevention for global enterprises. Nansha District has also introduced policies such as the "Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of Shipping and Logistics Industry", building a complete cross-border trade service system.
南海区工商联党组书记梁耀智表示，此次考察收获颇丰，南海将借鉴番禺、南沙的先进经验，推动两地经贸合作，帮助更多中小企业顺利出海。在全球贸易新形势下，这种区域间的经验交流与合作显得尤为重要。
Liang Yaozhi, Party Secretary of Nanhai Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that this inspection was very rewarding. Nanhai will learn from the advanced experiences of Panyu and Nansha to promote economic and trade cooperation between the two places and help more SMEs go global smoothly.
