位于内陆的济源，进出口总量在全省持续保持前列。今年以来，受国内外疫情以及俄乌冲突影响，济源外贸经济发展有一定程度下滑。

减税降费：上半年减免关税超千万元
Tax and Fee Reduction: Over 10 Million Yuan in Tariff Reductions in First Half of Year
济源海关综合运用海关统计分析和原产地规则，帮助企业精准选择原材料进口替代国，上半年共出具原产地证书478份，为企业减免进口国关税约1174万元。
Jiyuan Customs comprehensively utilizes customs statistical analysis and rules of origin to help enterprises accurately select alternative countries for raw material imports. In the first half of the year, 478 certificates of origin were issued, reducing import tariffs by approximately 11.74 million yuan for enterprises.
对加工贸易企业免予担保，上半年共免征加工贸易风险类保证金6.24亿元人民币。
Processing trade enterprises were exempted from guarantees, with risk deposits totaling 624 million yuan waived in the first half of the year.

扎实做好知识产权海关保护，格林园艺获得知识产权备案的产品出口货值达到3528万元，同比增长10%。
Strengthening intellectual property protection, Green Horticulture's export value of products with intellectual property filings reached 35.28 million yuan, a 10% year-on-year increase.
今年以来，济源市出口的危险货物批次和货值分别增长53.3%、231.2%。
