深圳市市场和质量监管委罗湖局在日常监管中发现，一些外贸服装店销售的所谓"原单、尾单"服装数量异常庞大。经过一个月的排查蹲点，执法人员联合商标权利人展开突击检查。
The Shenzhen Market and Quality Supervision Commission's Luohu Bureau discovered during routine inspections that some foreign trade clothing stores were selling abnormally large quantities of so-called "original orders" and "remaining orders" garments. After a month of investigation and surveillance, law enforcement officers conducted surprise inspections in collaboration with trademark rights holders.
六家店铺被查获1800余件假货 | Six stores found with over 1,800 counterfeit items
执法人员兵分四路对桂园、黄贝、笋岗、翠竹四个辖区的6家服装店进行检查，查获假冒Adidas、NIKE、TOMMY HILFIGER等品牌服装1800余件，案值逾90万元。这些假冒服装普遍存在针脚稀疏、刺绣粗糙、标签模糊等问题。
Law enforcement officers inspected six clothing stores in four districts, seizing over 1,800 counterfeit items of brands including Adidas, NIKE, and TOMMY HILFIGER, with an estimated case value exceeding 900,000 yuan. These counterfeit garments commonly exhibited issues such as sparse stitching, rough embroidery, and blurry labels.

商标权利人代表表示，国外品牌订单余料通常控制在极少量范围内，并有严格回收程序。市面上大批量所谓外贸服装基本为侵权假冒产品。
Trademark rights holders stated that surplus materials from international brand orders are typically kept to an absolute minimum with strict recycling procedures. The large quantities of so-called foreign trade garments on the market are basically infringing counterfeit products.
二次行动再查获400余件假货 | Second operation uncovers additional 400+ counterfeit items
10月13日，执法人员再次出击检查莲塘辖区三家外贸服装店，查获侵权BURBERRY、A&F等品牌服装400余件，货值逾20万元。两次行动共查处九家店铺，查获2200余件假冒服装。
On October 13, law enforcement conducted another operation inspecting three foreign trade clothing stores in Liantang District, seizing over 400 counterfeit items of brands including BURBERRY and A&F, with a goods value exceeding 200,000 yuan. The two operations uncovered a total of nine stores with over 2,200 counterfeit garments.
