• DEADLINE OF DROPPING AND LOA APPLICATION, FIRST SEMESTER AY 2025-2026

    The deadline to finish the DROPPING process is on the 6th day of November 2025  (Thursday).

    The deadline to finish the LOA APPLICATION process is on the 19th day of November 2025 (Wednesday).

    For both processes, it is expected that all steps have been done on or before the deadline. These include getting your instructor's consent, having your adviser "note" your application, having your application endorsed by your dept/college (if applicable), approved by your dean, and paying the fees indicated in the dropping/LOA form/payment slip.

    Students who will be applying for either DROPPING or LOA are reminded that it is your responsibility to ensure that the process is finished on or before the deadline.

    Note that for non-degree students, your dropping application must undergo advising in your home unit/college since faculty accounts will not be able to "note" your application in the advising step.

  • ADVISORY: SECOND ROUND OF STUDENT LEARNING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (SLAS) ONLINE APPLICATION

    The Office of Student Development Services is opening the 2nd round of Student Learning Assistance System (SLAS) Online Application schedule for the First Semester of AY 2025-2026 to accommodate UP students who may be seeking additional financial aid (UP Grants-In-Aid Program) and other support programs (TES, donor-funded scholarships, and SAGA). This round will cover the following CUs: UP Baguio, Cebu, Diliman, Manila, Mindanao, Tacloban, & Visayas. Below is the schedule:

    September 24 - 29, 2025
    Learning Assistance Application Period

    September 30, 2025
    Release of Results

    September 30, 2025 – October 3, 2025
    Submission of Appeals

    Undergraduate students, including Freshmen and Juris Doctor, applying for assistance through SLAS Online must use their respective UP Email (@up.edu.ph email).  Students may apply at https://slasonline.up.edu.ph
