As per official rules, we have to submit following 4 deliverables:
1. URL to working Demo
2. Detailed description of project
3. URL for video on LinkedIn
4. URL for post on Redit Databricks
When I try to submit the solution, I get option to only put LinkedIn URL.
There is no option to submit any other deliverable as shown below:
After click on submit, it says thank you for your submission.
How to provide other deliverables?

Hey @DataBeli , yeah I agree that it is a bit confusing. I did some digging and found a bit more information that I think will help you. Give it a read and let me know if it helps.
Thanks for flagging this. Here’s how the hackathon wants submissions to work and what to do if you only see a LinkedIn-only field.
What the hackathon requires
- Include a project built with Free Edition and provide access to a working demo or test build (URL).
- Add a detailed text description explaining the features and functionality of your project.
- Provide links to your five‑minute demo that is posted publicly on both LinkedIn and the Databricks Subreddit (include both URLs).
- Ensure the video is no longer than five minutes and shows the project functioning; the links you submit must be publicly accessible to judges.
Where and how to submit everything
- Submissions are entered on the Hackathon Website’s “Team & Submission” tab; you need to complete all required fields there during the Submission Period.
- The main hackathon webpage also includes a registration form (first name, company email, etc.). That page registers you, but it’s not the final “Team & Submission” form where you paste all deliverables.
If you’re only seeing a LinkedIn‑only field
- You’re likely on the registration or a share prompt, not the full “Team & Submission” form. Navigate to the Free Edition Hackathon webpage and look for the “Team & Submission” tab to enter the demo URL, description, LinkedIn video URL, and Reddit URL together.
- If the “Team & Submission” tab isn’t visible or the form still only asks for LinkedIn, request a rules clarification via email: trang.le@databricks.com (this is the official channel for clarifications).
- You can also post in the Databricks Community group for hackathon help—the group is staffed during the submission window.
- Note that Stage One judging will check that both your LinkedIn and Reddit URLs work and that your demo/test build is accessible; if you only submit LinkedIn, it won’t meet the pass/fail criteria.
Troubleshooting tips
- Confirm you’ve completed the initial registration; then log back into the hackathon site and open “Team & Submission.”
- Try a different browser, clear cache/cookies, or use an incognito window in case the form UI is being blocked by an extension.
- If you submitted LinkedIn only and got a “thank you” message, re‑open the site and look for a draft/portfolio entry to edit before the Submission Period ends (the rules allow saving drafts and updating prior to final submission).
Cheers, Louis.
