Issue 76120043: testing: mongo server helper improvements
Descriptiontesting: mongo server helper improvements This makes it possible to see mongo server messages as they happen. They're logged at TRACE level, which we don't log by default, so this also adds a runtime testing flag -juju.log that allows the logging config to be adjusted for tests.
