Missing index from index.yaml

 This happened on a freshly created production server. I didn't bother to dev-appserve it, just followed the directions about setting it up. Might require an empty database and make sure that your auto-generated index.yaml file has been removed and replaced with the one from the respository. Actually that index is already there (line 57). You also get that error when the index is still *building*.
