# Describe your matter briefly

I entered the correct password and username and encountered a new error message asking me to logout and re-login, but after I clicked log out, the app was unresponsive. So I had to restart the app and I found that I logged in automatically. I don't know what happened.

What did you expect?

Return to the login page or give more info about this error

Some additional details

The version of Gitea you are using:codeberg
The version of GitNex you are using: 5.5.0
Source of installation (Play Store, F-Droid, APK):F-Droid
Current android version and phone model/manufacturer: Android Emulator
The type of certificate your instance is using (self-signed, signed):signed
How you used to log in (via password or token):password

We would appreciate some screenshots or stacktrace's, but this is also not required.

The first screen refers for the error message.
The second is for no responsive
The last is I restart the app and it becomes logged in automatically.

Thank you for the report.

As mentioned, please log in with a token, and hopefully, you will encounter no issues with the app.

Regarding the logout and username/password features, these will be refactored and removed in the near future. A new flow will be introduced, allowing you to add and remove accounts without the logout process. It will be more simplified.
