Moved the end of track detection code into the engine. Hacks were employed to make it work correctly with some track seek use cases. There's a control object that now notifies you if there's an impending end of track approaching. No configuration yet though.

Also forgot to bzr add two files that should have been included in my previous commit. Whoops.
