Fix Bug #1075537 (not updating apt cache on exit)

Variable modified_sourceslist was not updated correctly in the modified
files, causing the update cache dialog NOT to appear.

Curiously, this also seems to fix Bug #782953. Software Center "grabs"
that dialog and updates correctly.
