CHROMIUM: ARM: tegra: Add default values for power and lid switch gpios Add default values for the power and lid switches such that a dts file can exclude them and not suffer from immediate shutoffs and spam on boot. Also remove the lid switch from seaboard dts file since it is not relevant on that platform.
