[FaceGaze] Force events to not be marked as synthetic to work with screen capture * Add optional parameter to accessibility private extension API to force event to not be marked as synthetic. * Update EventGenerator mouse APIs to take this optional parameter. * Update FaceGaze to add this optional parameter. * Update FaceGazeIntegrationTest suite to reflect changes. Manual testing to ensure FaceGaze mouse move and click events are sent to the screen capture layer.
