[Extensions] Update runtime.getPlatformInfo() 'nacl_arch' for RISC-V CL 6717061 modified runtime.getPatformInfo() on RISC-V to return 'riscv64' for both 'arch' and 'nacl_arch'. Since Native Client had been removed in M139 with CL 6632728, we should not modify 'nacl_arch' API endpoint. This CL removes 'nacl_arch' on RISC-V and fixes tests which were forgotten in CL 6717061. This CL has no changes on any platforms besides RISC-V.
