近日,浙江省湖州市浙江锦诗纺织科技有限公司一批货值110万元的织锦围巾,以"9710"跨境电商监管模式顺利通关,即将启程"出海"。
Recently, a batch of brocade scarves worth 1.1 million yuan from Zhejiang Jinshi Textile Technology Co., Ltd. in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, successfully cleared customs under the "9710" cross-border e-commerce supervision model and is about to set sail for overseas markets.
近年来,随着马面裙"出圈"、"新中式"走俏,"国潮风"吹向海外市场,带动传统纺织业转型升级。中国传统提花面料因透气性好、舒适度高,已广泛应用于各类丝巾、服装、配饰,其时尚气质与文化内涵相得益彰,成为穿在身上的"文化使者"。
In recent years, with the popularity of horse-face skirts and "New Chinese Style" fashion, the "Guochao" trend has swept overseas markets, driving the transformation and upgrading of traditional textile industry. Traditional Chinese jacquard fabrics, known for their breathability and comfort, have been widely used in various scarves, clothing and accessories. 在浙江锦诗纺织科技有限公司的厂房内,几十台大型提花织机正忙碌赶制订单。这些织机"哒哒哒"的声音不绝于耳,一匹匹印有中国元素的布匹跃然眼前。经过设计、剪裁、缝纫等工序,它们被制成围巾、丝巾,远销海外。
In the workshop of Zhejiang Jinshi Textile Technology Co., Ltd., dozens of large jacquard looms are busy fulfilling orders. The constant "click-clack" sound of the looms fills the air as fabrics printed with Chinese elements come to life before our eyes. After processes like design, cutting and sewing, they are made into scarves and shawls for export.
"近两年,融合传统中国元素的服饰成为潮流,我们的'国潮'提花图案都是自主研发设计的,在海外市场销售火爆。在海关的指导下,我们通过跨境电商方式出海,有效提升了企业效益。"该公司董事长俞东明表示。
"In the past two years, clothing incorporating traditional Chinese elements has become a trend. Our 'Guochao' jacquard patterns are all independently designed and developed, selling well in overseas markets. Under the guidance of customs, we've expanded overseas through cross-border e-commerce, effectively improving corporate profits," said Yu Dongming, chairman of the company.
据了解,在跨境电商平台上,该公司业务订单量明显上升,3月份就出口了十几个订单。目前,该企业产品已远销中东、非洲、欧洲等海外市场,2023年跨境电商业务出口额超1.8亿元。
It is reported that the company's order volume has increased significantly on cross-border e-commerce platforms, with more than a dozen orders exported in March alone. Currently, the company's products are sold to overseas markets including the Middle East, Africa and Europe, with cross-border e-commerce export value exceeding 180 million yuan in 2023.

"Cross-border e-commerce, with advantages like online transactions, contactless delivery and short transaction chains, helps global consumers and producers 'buy globally and sell globally'. For apparel companies with large-scale production capacity, the '9710' supervision model simplifies declaration procedures, achieves full informatization of customs declaration, and further improves clearance efficiency," said Yan Delong, deputy director of the First Comprehensive Business Section of Huzhou Customs.
