通辽市前五月外贸出口增长29.4%：海关政策助力逆势上扬
来源：【通辽日报-中国通辽网】 据海关统计，今年1-5月，通辽市实现外贸出口20.5亿元，与去年同期相比增长29.4%。 主要出口商品氨基酸类出口额达11.5亿元，同比增长10.4%。
Source: [Tongliao Daily - China Tongliao Net] According to customs statistics, Tongliao achieved foreign trade exports of 2.05 billion yuan from January to May this year, a year-on-year increase of 29.4%. The export value of amino acid products reached 1.15 billion yuan, up 10.4% year-on-year.
在当前国际市场不稳定因素增多和新冠肺炎疫情双重影响下，满洲里海关所属通辽海关采取一系列稳外贸措施，推动外贸出口实现逆势增长。
Amid increasing instability in international markets and the dual impact of COVID-19, Tongliao Customs under Manzhouli Customs implemented a series of measures to stabilize foreign trade, achieving counter-trend growth in exports.
主要政策措施 Key Policy Measures
1. 落实减税政策 Implementing Tax Reduction Policies
为企事业单位减免税款134.6万元；原产地签证金额41234万元，帮助企业享受进口国关税优惠4118万元。
Reduced taxes by 1.346 million yuan for enterprises; issued certificates of origin worth 412.34 million yuan, helping enterprises enjoy 41.18 million yuan in tariff preferences from importing countries.
2. 提升通关便利 Improving Customs Clearance Efficiency
通辽海关海运出口货物整体通关时间低于全国平均水平，切实为企业节约了通关物流成本。
The overall customs clearance time for Tongliao's sea export goods was lower than the national average, effectively reducing logistics costs for enterprises.
3. 促进特色产业发展 Promoting Specialty Industries
支持玉米深加工、红干椒、荞麦等优势产品出口，检疫出口供港澳活牛1101头、货值2696万元。
Supported exports of corn processing products, red peppers, buckwheat and other specialty products, inspected and exported 1,101 live cattle to Hong Kong and Macao worth 26.96 million yuan.
