香港出口商对业务前景保持乐观，根据香港贸易发展局最新发布的"2024年第三季度出口信心指数"显示，大部分分类指数位于扩张区间，预示着香港出口将继续保持温和增长态势。

Hong Kong exporters remain optimistic about business prospects, according to the latest "Q3 2024 Export Confidence Index" released by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). Most sub-indices remain in expansion territory, indicating that Hong Kong's exports will continue to grow at a moderate pace.

调查数据显示，2024年第三季度出口信心现状指数上升1点至52.6点，这主要得益于销售增长、新订单增加、单价上涨以及采购活动活跃。在出口市场方面，出口商对东盟和中国内地市场的前景最为看好。

The survey shows that the current export confidence index for Q3 2024 rose by 1 point to 52.6, mainly due to strong sales growth, increased new orders, rising unit prices and active procurement activities. In terms of export markets, exporters are most optimistic about the prospects of ASEAN and mainland China markets.

在六大主要出口行业中（机械、电子产品、珠宝、钟表、玩具及服装），五个行业的出口商预计当前良好态势将延续至下一季度。其中服装出口商最为乐观，其次是玩具和珠宝行业。

Among the six major export sectors (machinery, electronics, jewelry, watches, toys and clothing), exporters in five sectors expect the current positive trend to continue into the next quarter. Clothing exporters are the most optimistic, followed by toy and jewelry industries.

不过值得注意的是，2024年第三季度出口信心预期指数下降2.9点至51.4点，但仍处于扩张区间。成本压力成为影响出口商信心的主要因素。

It's worth noting that the export confidence expectation index for Q3 2024 fell by 2.9 points to 51.4, but remains in expansion territory. Cost pressures have become the main factor affecting exporters' confidence.

贸发局分析指出，尽管国际紧张局势带来不确定性，但香港出口仍保持强劲。大多数受访企业表示未受最新贸易限制和关税上调影响，或影响非常有限。预计未来成本压力将有所缓解。

The HKTDC analysis indicates that despite uncertainties caused by international tensions, Hong Kong's exports remain strong. Most surveyed companies reported little or no impact from the latest trade restrictions and tariff increases. Cost pressures are expected to ease in the future.
