福鼎荣获"世界白茶发源地"称号：中国白茶产业迎来全球化新机遇
2022年12月1日 - 以"绿色发展 白茶有福 世界共享"为主题的2022国际白茶论坛在福建省福鼎市隆重开幕。开幕式上，福鼎市被授予"世界白茶发源地"和"世界白茶文化产业科技中心"两项国际性荣誉称号。
December 1, 2022 - The 2022 International White Tea Forum with the theme of "Green Development, Blessed White Tea, Shared by the World" was grandly opened in Fuding City, Fujian Province. At the opening ceremony, Fuding was awarded two international honors: "World Origin of White Tea" and "World White Tea Culture Industry and Technology Center".
福鼎市委书记林青在致辞中表示："福鼎是中国白茶原产地、中国白茶之乡，享有'世界白茶在中国，中国白茶在福鼎'的美誉。我们持续推进生态茶园建设，开启'世界白茶中心'项目，推动白茶产业高质量发展。"
Fuding Party Secretary Lin Qing stated in his speech: "Fuding is the origin of Chinese white tea and the hometown of Chinese white tea, enjoying the reputation of 'World white tea in China, Chinese white tea in Fuding'. We continue to promote the construction of ecological tea gardens and launch the 'World White Tea Center' project to promote the high-quality development of the white tea industry."
产业数据亮点：
2021年福鼎白茶产量达3.4万吨，占全国白茶总产量的45%，是中国最大的白茶产区和出口基地。福鼎白茶已从原来的小众茶类发展成为茶界新星，带动了整个白茶市场的提升。
Industry Data Highlights:
In 2021, Fuding white tea production reached 34,000 tons, accounting for 45% of China's total white tea production, making it the largest white tea production and export base in China. Fuding white tea has developed from a niche tea category to a rising star in the tea industry, driving the overall improvement of the white tea market.
世界白茶中心项目：
该项目规划面积近6平方公里，核心区1.5平方公里，将建设：
- 集交易、电商、物流为一体的茶产业中心
- 融合历史、技艺、民俗的茶文化中心
- 涵盖科研、种质保护、实训的茶科技中心
World White Tea Center Project:
The project covers an area of nearly 6 square kilometers, with a core area of 1.5 square kilometers. It will include:
- Tea industry center integrating trading, e-commerce and logistics
- Tea culture center combining history, skills and folk customs
- Tea technology center covering scientific research, germplasm protection and practical training
国际茶叶委员会授予福鼎"世界白茶发源地"称号，是基于福鼎白茶的历史渊源、独特的茶资源禀赋和雄厚的产业集群优势。中国食品土畜进出口商会授予"世界白茶文化产业科技中心"称号，则是对福鼎白茶产业发展水平的国际认可。
The International Tea Committee awarded Fuding the title of "World Origin of White Tea" based on Fuding white tea's historical origins, unique tea resources and strong industrial cluster advantages. The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs awarded the title of "World White Tea Culture Industry and Technology Center", which is international recognition of Fuding's white tea industry development level.
论坛期间，国内外专家围绕白茶健康功效、茶文化助力产业发展、品牌溢出效应等主题展开深入探讨，并发布了《国际白茶共识》。来自俄罗斯、印度、英国等10多个国家的茶业代表参加了此次活动。
During the forum, domestic and foreign experts conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the health benefits of white tea, tea culture promoting industrial development, and brand spillover effects, and released the "International White Tea Consensus". Tea industry representatives from more than 10 countries including Russia, India and the UK participated in the event.
