自2003年以来，刘仲华团队揭示了黑茶降"三高"、调理肠胃的功效，创新黑茶加工技术体系，推动黑茶产业提质复兴。在其技术支持下，湖南黑茶实现从边销向外销的跨越。

Since 2003, Liu Zhonghua's team has revealed the efficacy of dark tea in lowering "three highs" (hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia) and regulating gastrointestinal function, innovated the dark tea processing technology system, and promoted the quality improvement and revival of the dark tea industry. With the support of its technology, Hunan dark tea has achieved a leap from border sales to export sales.

以茯砖茶、青砖茶和千两茶为主，以速溶黑茶、小块青砖茶为代表的湖南黑茶，走出国门，年销售额达几千万元。

Hunan dark tea, mainly including Fu brick tea, Qing brick tea and Qianliang tea, as well as instant dark tea and small-piece Qing brick tea as representatives, has gone abroad with annual sales reaching tens of millions of yuan.

刘仲华院士团队研究黑茶20年，研发"诱导调控发花""散茶发花""茯砖茶数控全发花"新技术，构建清洁化、机械化、标准化现代黑茶加工技术体系。

Academician Liu Zhonghua's team has studied dark tea for 20 years, developed new technologies such as "induced regulation of flowering", "loose tea flowering" and "numerical control full flowering of Fu brick tea", and built a modern dark tea processing technology system that is clean, mechanized and standardized.

黑茶新品走进蒙古、马来西亚、阿联酋、德国、荷兰、美国等20多个国家和地区，香飘海外。

New dark tea products have entered more than 20 countries and regions including Mongolia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States, spreading fragrance overseas.

国际市场拓展

International Market Expansion

2021年，黑茶获得海关总署进出口商品编码，成为湖南唯一进入"中欧100+100"互认互保名单的地理标志产品，拿到进入欧盟市场的通行证。2023年，湖南黑茶首次出口美国，出口量达到1960公斤。

In 2021, dark tea obtained the import and export commodity code from the General Administration of Customs, becoming the only geographical indication product in Hunan to enter the "China-EU 100+100" mutual recognition and mutual protection list, obtaining a pass to enter the EU market. In 2023, Hunan dark tea was exported to the United States for the first time, with an export volume of 1,960 kg.

数据显示，2022年，仅通过长沙海关出口的黑茶就达到240吨，同比增长近一倍。

Data shows that in 2022, the dark tea exported through Changsha Customs alone reached 240 tons, an increase of nearly 100% year-on-year.

速溶黑茶：创新产品受青睐

Instant Dark Tea: Innovative Products Favored

在湖南省茶业集团茶产品展厅，近年推出的一款带有熊猫卡通图案的速溶黑茶"轻轻茶"格外打眼。"每支仅0.5克，冷热水均可冲泡，即冲即饮。"

In the tea product exhibition hall of Hunan Tea Group, a recently launched instant dark tea "Qingqing Tea" with a panda cartoon pattern is particularly eye-catching. "Each stick is only 0.5 grams, can be brewed with cold or hot water, and can be drunk immediately after brewing."

国际市场上，速溶黑茶也颇受欢迎。据统计，速溶黑茶至今累计岀口创汇200多万美元。

In the international market, instant dark tea is also very popular. According to statistics, instant dark tea has so far accumulated more than US$2 million in foreign exchange earnings from exports.

产品取得了欧盟(荷兰)健康食品进口许可证、美国FDA登记进口许可、欧盟(比利时)最佳风味食品证等，还得到俄罗斯、乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、波兰等国客商青睐。

The product has obtained the EU (Netherlands) health food import license, US FDA registration import license, EU (Belgium) best flavor food certificate, etc., and has also been favored by merchants from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Poland and other countries.

在2022年3月举行的迪拜世博会上，这款黑茶新品作为世博会中国馆湖南活动周指定礼品，进行了重点推广，进一步扩大出口的前景非常看好。

At the Dubai World Expo held in March 2022, this new dark tea product was promoted as a designated gift for the Hunan Activity Week of the China Pavilion at the World Expo, and the prospects for further expansion of exports are very promising.
