阿里巴巴国际站:越南外贸增长未冲击中国中小企业 跨境电商如何助力高质量出海

针对很多中小企业关心的"全球供应链转移至东南亚新兴发展中国家"的问题,张阔在演讲中表示,国内供应链的选择性外溢并非被动转移。从全球分工角度看,劳动密集型产业流向更低用工成本的国家和地区,这个趋势从未发生改变。
Addressing SMEs' concerns about "global supply chains shifting to emerging developing countries in Southeast Asia," Zhang Kuo stated that the selective overflow of domestic supply chains is not passive relocation. From the perspective of global division of labor, the trend of labor-intensive industries moving to countries and regions with lower labor costs has never changed.
他透露,从跨境平台的数据来看,近年来,越南等新兴国家一般制造业出口份额的提升,并未对中国外贸中小企业的生意造成冲击。事实上,中国供应链已经开始加快高质量发展的转型。
He revealed that according to cross-border platform data, in recent years, the increase in general manufacturing export share from emerging countries like Vietnam has not impacted Chinese SMEs in foreign trade. In fact, China's supply chain has begun accelerating its transformation toward high-quality development.
对比德国、越南相关行业出口数据分析,中国出口在高附加值的生产制造上,正在接近和赶超传统高端制造业发达国家,而越南等新兴国家市场增长最快的则是以服装为代表的劳动密集型行业。
Comparative analysis of export data from Germany and Vietnam shows that China's exports in high-value-added manufacturing are catching up with and surpassing traditional developed countries in high-end manufacturing, while emerging markets like Vietnam are experiencing fastest growth in labor-intensive industries like apparel.
从当前外贸的出口结构方面看,去年以来,中国出口的单公斤货值同比增长20%左右,主要驱动力来自出口持续转移至高附加值的行业。这是欧美等采购市场在多重变化因素下的采购策略改变,反过来也证明了:中国的外贸中小企业具备了承接海外高质量订单的整体供给能力。
From the perspective of current export structure, China's export value per kilogram has increased by about 20% year-on-year since last year, mainly driven by the continuous shift toward high-value-added industries. This reflects changes in procurement strategies by European and American markets under multiple factors, and conversely proves that Chinese foreign trade SMEs have the comprehensive supply capacity to handle high-quality overseas orders.

新形势下,跨境电商平台该如何帮助中小外贸企业实现稳增长,张阔认为,如果说,过去20年跨境电商的爆发式增长来自于传统外贸在交易环节的数字化,下一个20年,外贸中小企业的增长红利则来自于外贸全流程、全周期数字化带来的生意高效和确定性。
Under the new situation, how can cross-border e-commerce platforms help SMEs achieve stable growth? Zhang Kuo believes that if the explosive growth of cross-border e-commerce in the past 20 years came from the digitization of traditional foreign trade in transaction processes, then in the next 20 years, the growth dividend for foreign trade SMEs will come from the efficiency and certainty brought by full-process, full-cycle digitalization of foreign trade.
作为阿里全球业务的基本盘,国际站是集团1999年成立之初最早的业务板块,定位跨境B2B,为中国供应商提供向海外买家展示、推广产品的出海机会。最新财报显示,过去一年,国际站平台交易额同比增长46%,整个财年海外年度活跃消费者总数净增6400万。
As the foundation of Alibaba's global business, International Station was the company's earliest business segment when it was founded in 1999, positioned as cross-border B2B to provide Chinese suppliers with opportunities to showcase and promote products to overseas buyers. The latest financial report shows that in the past year, the platform's transaction volume increased by 46% year-on-year, with a net increase of 64 million overseas annual active consumers for the entire fiscal year.
国际站战略升级:精准分层与全链路服务
International Station Strategy Upgrade: Precise Segmentation and Full-link Services
近年来,阿里国际站的发展方向聚焦在服务能力上,从交易前的营销转化,到交易后的物流、资金等全链路,提供一站式解决方案。张阔表示,阿里巴巴国际站计划于今年9月推出全新升级的数字化综合服务解决方案,涵盖售前、售中、售后三个阶段各个环节的核心问题,有望面向所有跨境商家全面开放,帮助商家接得到单、发得出货、收得到款。
In recent years, Alibaba International Station has focused on service capabilities, providing one-stop solutions from pre-transaction marketing conversion to post-transaction logistics and financing. Zhang Kuo stated that Alibaba International Station plans to launch a newly upgraded digital comprehensive service solution in September this year, covering core issues at all stages of pre-sale, during-sale, and after-sale, which is expected to be fully open to all cross-border merchants to help them receive orders, ship goods, and collect payments.
张阔透露,从今年3月份开始,整个阿里巴巴国际站平台也在持续不断地迭代。第一,是关于整个国际站人群分层的明确。目前国际站的客户买家分层为从L0到L4,L0是所有国际站注册认证的买家,L1、L2是国际站认为有潜力的买家,从L3开始则有一定的门槛,L4以上的星标买家,企业一年在国际站的采购金额可能超过百万美金。
Zhang Kuo revealed that since March this year, the entire Alibaba International Station platform has been continuously iterating. First, there is the clarification of customer segmentation. Currently, International Station's buyer segmentation ranges from L0 to L4, with L0 being all registered and verified buyers, L1 and L2 being buyers with potential as identified by International Station, L3 having certain thresholds, and star-rated buyers above L4 possibly purchasing over a million USD annually on the platform.
第二,今年6月在PC和无线端的搜索侧,"找工厂"和"找商品"双赛道已经同时上线。对于商品端,当前整个商品交易和履约的确定性会成为重中之重。对于工厂类,根据商家对工厂用户的核心关注点,国际站会帮助所有商家分行业、分品类去一一认证。
Second, in June this year, both "Find Factories" and "Find Products" search functions were launched simultaneously on PC and mobile. For products, the certainty of transactions and fulfillment has become paramount. For factories, International Station will help all merchants obtain industry- and category-specific certifications based on their core concerns about factory users.
张阔表示,新形势下,阿里巴巴国际站要成为开在商家家门口的"数字化出海口"。
Zhang Kuo stated that under the new situation, Alibaba International Station aims to become a "digital gateway to the sea" right at merchants' doorsteps.
