Recently, many friends have been asking me about finding certain brand factories. At first I thought they were looking for OEM factories, but later I realized they wanted to source goods directly.
重要提示：找到某品牌的源头工厂，不一定可以低价拿货，甚至是拿不到货。
Important Note: Finding a brand's source factory doesn't necessarily mean you can get goods at low prices, or even get goods at all.
有些朋友可能想找的是大品牌服装库存尾单，而不是加工定制。可能是因为这种大品牌的服装溢价更高，利润空间更大。
Some friends may actually be looking for big brand clothing overstock/end lots, not for processing and customization. This is probably because such big brand clothing has higher premiums and greater profit margins.

We usually work with foreign trade garment processing factories. Some factories also handle brand sourcing, like a Japanese sportswear OEM factory in Qingdao's Chengyang district we introduced before that has produced for brands like Champion and Mizuno. But if you want to get end lots of these brands from them, it's not possible - the few remaining pieces are usually B-grade products that failed inspection.
