- code_to_mbc() が ONIGERR_INVALID_CODE_POINT_VALUE を返し、
mbc_case_fold() がそれをエラーコードと判断せずそのままポインタに加算してしまっているようでした。
そもそも code_to_mbc() がエラーになるのが不思議な気はしますが、この原因はよくわかりませんでした。
