Bug Description

Memory Requirements on Release Pages are wrong:

# Desktop image. You will need at least 1024MiB of RAM to install from this image.

a)
http://web.archive.org/web/20170828160343/http://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements
# Until 2017-08-28: 512 MiB RAM (system memory).
and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_version_history
says: “Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful Aardvark)” was released on 2017-10-19 =>
So:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/
claims to need just 384MB. Probably wrong, but probably 512MB is right.
# You will need at least 384MiB of RAM to install from this image
This is the last LTS version which just requires 512 MB RAM.
Please fix it and write 512 MB RAM.

b)
https://web.archive.org/web/20191011140037/http://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements
# 2017-10-07 - 2019-10-11: 2 GiB RAM (system memory) .
and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_version_history
says: “Ubuntu 19.10 (Eoan Ermine)” was released on 2019-10-17. =>
So:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04/
claim to need just 1024MB, which is WRONG:
# You will need at least 1024MiB of RAM to install from this image.
This is the last LTS version which just requires 2 GB RAM.
Please fix it and write 2048 MB RAM.

**
I installed and operated "Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver)" properly on my amdx64 system with 2 GB RAM.
**

c)
http://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements
# Since 2019-11-15: 4 GiB RAM (system memory).
but:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/
http://releases.ubuntu.com/22.04/
http://releases.ubuntu.com/24.04/
claim to need just 1024MB, which is WRONG:
# You will need at least 1024MiB of RAM to install from this image.
Please fix it and write 4096 MB RAM.

**
I failed to install "20.04", "22.04" and "24.04" on my amdx64 system with 2 GB RAM.
**

So there was never a 1024 MB barrier... just 384 or 512 MB, 2048 MB, now 4096 MB.
