Bug Description
The new wiki at dev.launchpad.net has some ugliness that the old wiki didn't have.
* the headers bleed over each other
* the items in a bulleted list have too much vertical whitespace between them
* it's too difficult to visually distinguish headers (I think it would be better to underline them)
