text eliding of email addresses seems buggy in the header

Bug Description
Steps:
* go to https:/
* login
As seen on this attached screenshot below, the email take 2 lines, and then force the header to have more space at its bottom, means the header got more height, and it doesn't look a design target (even if I didn't see it).
