港港联动打造多式联运枢纽 昆钢实现东南亚钢材出口突破

近日，由云南腾晋物流股份有限公司承运的昆明钢铁控股有限公司钢材从昆明国际陆港北港（安宁桃花村）首发，沿中老铁路运往老挝万象南站。此次国际货运列车首发，也标志着昆钢实现东南亚钢材出口零的突破。
Recently, steel products from Kunming Iron and Steel Holding Co., Ltd., transported by Yunnan Tengjin Logistics Co., Ltd., made their maiden voyage from the North Port of Kunming International Land Port (Anning Taohuacun) to Vientiane South Station in Laos via the China-Laos Railway. This inaugural international freight train marks Kunming Steel's breakthrough in exporting steel to Southeast Asia.

据了解，这批钢材包含螺纹钢和盘条等，以"门到站"公铁联运的方式，从昆钢新区出发，通过公路运输到达南亚陆港国际物流中心进行装箱，再送至桃花村昆明国际陆港北港，通过中老铁路集中发运，抵达老挝万象之后再由老挝LK商贸有限公司负责接收，送至老挝各大建筑项目工地。
The shipment includes rebar and wire rods, transported via a "door-to-station" road-rail intermodal method. Starting from Kunming Steel's new district, the goods were transported by road to the South Asia Land Port International Logistics Center for containerization, then sent to Taohuacun North Port of Kunming International Land Port, and finally shipped in bulk via the China-Laos Railway to Vientiane, Laos. Upon arrival, Laos LK Trading Co., Ltd. takes charge of delivery to various construction sites across Laos.
"这是昆钢第一次通过中老铁路向东南亚国家出口钢材，也是腾晋物流与昆钢的第一次跨境物流合作。昆钢作为云南的龙头钢铁企业，是区域内重要的产业支柱，而腾晋物流是区域内核心供应链企业，在钢材运输、跨境贸易、南亚东南亚海外市场开拓方面拥有丰富的经验，可以为昆钢提供高效、便捷的钢材出口解决方案。"腾晋物流的营销工程师陈维招介绍，今年以来，腾晋物流每个月发送100多柜钢材，去年单月最高发送300多柜。
"This marks Kunming Steel's first steel export to Southeast Asia via the China-Laos Railway and also represents the first cross-border logistics collaboration between Tengjin Logistics and Kunming Steel," said Chen Weizhao, Marketing Engineer at Tengjin Logistics. "As Yunnan's leading steel enterprise, Kunming Steel serves as a crucial industrial pillar in the region, while Tengjin Logistics, as a core regional supply chain company, possesses extensive experience in steel transportation, cross-border trade, and market expansion in South and Southeast Asia. We can provide Kunming Steel with efficient and convenient steel export solutions." Chen noted that Tengjin Logistics currently ships over 100 containers of steel monthly, peaking at 300 containers per month last year.

The company has accumulated substantial operational and management expertise in steel categories. Currently, besides Kunming Tengjin International Land Port, it can efficiently consolidate and ship goods at key logistics hubs both within and outside the province - including Taohuacun North Port of Kunming International Land Port, Wangjiaying West, and Yuxi South Station - offering customers more convenient services and diversified options.
此前，我省印发的《中国·昆明国际陆港建设实施方案》明确，推进昆明国际陆港运营联通，构建以安宁北港、磨憨南港为"双核"，王家营、晋宁青山片区为"两翼"的昆明国际陆港建设布局，打造我国面向印度洋国际陆海大通道"动力之芯"。
Previously, Yunnan Province issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of China·Kunming International Land Port," which outlines efforts to enhance the operational connectivity of Kunming International Land Port. The plan establishes a layout with Anning North Port and Mohan South Port as "dual cores," and Wangjiaying and Jinning Qingshan District as "two wings," aiming to create a "power core" for China's international land-sea corridor facing the Indian Ocean.
地处"西翼"晋宁青山片区核心地块的腾俊国际陆港，正在全力加速建设"通道+枢纽+网络+平台"的现代物流体系，加快构建面向南亚东南亚畅通、稳定的国际多式联运物流大通道。
Located in the core area of Jinning Qingshan District (the "western wing"), Tengjin International Land Port is accelerating the construction of a modern logistics system featuring "channels + hubs + networks + platforms," striving to establish smooth and stable international multimodal logistics corridors connecting South and Southeast Asia.
腾俊国际陆港相关负责人表示，下一步将积极发挥其平台作用，加快构建与区域陆港之间多层次、多节点、立体式的多式联运枢纽网络体系，为实现区域物流枢纽联动发展做出新探索，积极推动中国与南亚东南亚国家跨境贸易的发展，让更多企业享受中老铁路带来的机遇和红利，为中老铁路沿线开发建设注入新动能。
A representative from Tengjin International Land Port stated that the next step involves actively leveraging its platform role to accelerate the establishment of a multi-level, multi-node, and three-dimensional multimodal transport hub network system connecting regional land ports. This initiative will explore new approaches for coordinated regional logistics hub development, actively promote cross-border trade between China and South/Southeast Asian countries, enable more enterprises to benefit from opportunities brought by the China-Laos Railway, and inject new momentum into development along the railway corridor.
