7月25日，在办结海关监管手续后，江苏常熟市莫城街道酷知服装商行一批价值14.7万美元的货物，顺利从上海外高桥口岸出境发往东南亚国家。

"我在常熟服装城做了很多年服装外贸生意了，以前都是把货卖给外贸公司代理出口，不仅要支付代理费，还要承担各种出口风险。"商户陈劲说。

自常熟服装城获批国家市场采购贸易试点以来，南京海关所属常熟海关立足地方特色，指导建立起集商品备案、报关申报、组货拼箱、通关出口等于一体的"一站式"市场采购贸易服务平台。

跨境电商新趋势，B2B直接出口

与此同时，跨境电商B2B出口模式作为一种新兴的出口贸易方式，也受到了大量中小微企业的青睐。

"我们打造关企服务平台，设立跨境电商B2B出口专岗，在线实时回复企业在备案、数据对接、申报等方面的咨询。"吴江海关监管科科长姚惠玉介绍。

记者了解到，截至6月底，江苏累计培育认定34家省级跨境电商产业园、32家省级公共海外仓。

下一步，南京海关将继续落实促进外贸保稳提质各项举措，大力支持市场采购贸易与跨境电商优势叠加融合发展。

Meanwhile, the cross-border e-commerce B2B export model, as an emerging export trade method, has also gained popularity among many small and medium-sized enterprises.

"We built a customs-enterprise service platform, set up a dedicated cross-border e-commerce B2B export position, and provided real-time online consultation for enterprises on filing, data connection, and declaration," said Yao Huiyu, Chief of Wujiang Customs Supervision Section.

According to reports, as of the end of June, Jiangsu has cultivated and recognized 34 provincial-level cross-border e-commerce industrial parks and 32 provincial-level public overseas warehouses.
