China Daily, August 24 - Despite recent discussions in Western countries about reducing reliance on Chinese manufacturing, China has consolidated its position as the world's primary supplier of manufactured goods over the past two years.
美国《华尔街日报》近日报道称，据跟踪全球贸易情况的联合国贸易和发展会议的数据显示，新冠疫情期间，中国在全球货物出口总额中的占比从2019年的13%升至2021年底的15%。
The Wall Street Journal recently reported that according to UNCTAD data tracking global trade, China's share of global merchandise exports increased from 13% in 2019 to 15% by the end of 2021 during the pandemic.
文章认为，2020年疫情初期，中国工厂凭借产业集群和配套优势快速恢复生产。在西方市场需求激增的情况下，中国工厂订单爆满，在医疗物资、电子产品等关键出口领域的市场份额显著提升。
