随着"海外版抖音"TikTok大力发展跨境电商业务，不仅在国际市场引发热潮，更在国内催生了一批渴望暴富的"淘金者"。即便缺乏货源、不懂外语、没有电商经验，许多人仍相信自己能在这个新兴平台挖到金矿。
As the "overseas version of Douyin" TikTok vigorously develops cross-border e-commerce business, it has not only sparked a boom in international markets but also cultivated a group of "gold diggers" eager to get rich in China. Even without goods, foreign language skills, or e-commerce experience, many still believe they can strike gold on this emerging platform.
在抖音、小红书等平台，培训机构炮制出"零元开店"、"日赚两百美元"、"小白月入10万+"等诱人口号。不少宝妈、大学生和上班族怀揣副业赚钱梦想付款买课，却不知已坠入骗局。
On platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu, training institutions have fabricated enticing slogans such as "zero-cost shop opening", "earning $200 daily", and "newbies making 100,000 yuan monthly". Many stay-at-home mothers, college students, and office workers pay for courses with dreams of side income, unaware they're falling into scams.
01 山寨TikTok网站骗局 | Fake TikTok Website Scams
上班族赵馨点击"TikTok零元开店"广告后，被引导在仿冒网站开设店铺。投入3000多元后，发现所谓1474美元销售额纯属虚构，最终报警被告知遭遇电信诈骗。
Office worker Zhao Xin clicked on a "zero-cost TikTok shop" ad and was directed to open a store on a fake website. After investing over 3,000 yuan, she discovered the purported $1,474 in sales was completely fabricated. Police confirmed it as telecom fraud when she reported it.
这些山寨网站使用包含"tiktokdfahf""SHOPTikTok"等字眼的域名，仿造TikTok界面设计。TikTok官方证实，其正规招商网站为zhaoshang.fanczs.com，与骗子的网址完全不同。
These fake websites use domains containing words like "tiktokdfahf" and "SHOPTikTok", mimicking TikTok's interface design. TikTok officially confirmed its legitimate investment website is zhaoshang.fanczs.com, completely different from scammers' URLs.
02 培训课程定金陷阱 | Training Course Deposit Traps
宝妈刘妮被"5980元快速网赚"课程吸引，先交500元定金，又通过"助学通道"支付3000元。收到的却是一部旧手机和基础剪辑课程，要求退款时发现3500元全被算作"不可退定金"。
Stay-at-home mother Liu Ni was attracted by a "5,980 yuan quick money-making" course, paying a 500 yuan deposit first, then 3,000 yuan through a "student aid channel". She only received an old phone and basic editing courses. When requesting a refund, she found all 3,500 yuan was counted as "non-refundable deposit".
TikTok官方声明：从未授权任何机构开展对赌协议招商，正规招商仅通过官方视频号/抖音号进行。
TikTok officially stated: It has never authorized any institution to conduct investment with gambling agreements. Formal investment is only conducted through official video accounts/Douyin accounts.
03 创作者基金幻想破灭 | Creator Fund Fantasy Shattered
陆芳芳花费3000多元购买课程和设备，运营10个账号。半年后50万粉丝账号仅收益250美元，远低于宣传的"日赚百美元"。所谓"小黄车带货"因回款问题根本无法实现。
Lu Fangfang spent over 3,000 yuan on courses and equipment to operate 10 accounts. After six months, her 500,000-follower account only earned $250, far below the advertised "$100 daily". The so-called "shopping cart带货" couldn't be realized due to payment issues.
