汨罗服装工厂店开业：村企合作新模式助力乡村振兴
湖南汨罗 - 12月10日，屈子祠镇双楚村迎来了一家创新的服装工厂店开业。湖南雪梅诗韵服饰有限公司作为汨罗首家服装工厂店，正式投入运营，为当地居民带来了全新的购物体验。
Hunan Miluo - On December 10, Shuangchu Village in Quzici Town welcomed the opening of an innovative garment factory store. As the first of its kind in Miluo, Hunan Xuemei Shiyun Garment Co., Ltd. officially began operations, bringing a new shopping experience to local residents.
工厂店采用"工厂直达购物袋"的模式，省去了传统零售中的中间环节，为消费者提供价格实惠的高品质服装。展示中心内陈列着从几十元到数千元不等的各类服装，满足不同消费层次的需求。
The factory store adopts a "direct-from-factory-to-shopping-bag" model, eliminating middlemen in traditional retail and providing consumers with affordable high-quality garments. The display center showcases various clothing items ranging from tens to thousands of yuan, catering to different consumer segments.
开业当天，来自汨罗城区的杨女士一行购买了10余件服装，消费3000元。据统计，公司首日营业额就达到了20万元，显示出这种新型零售模式的强大吸引力。
On the opening day, Ms. Yang and her friends from downtown Miluo purchased over 10 garments, spending 3,000 yuan. Statistics show the company achieved 200,000 yuan in sales on the first day, demonstrating the strong appeal of this new retail model.
生产与就业：工厂目前拥有百名工人，满负荷生产状态下年产量可达100万件成衣。产品远销北京、江苏、浙江、广东等地，为当地创造了大量就业机会。
Production and Employment: The factory currently employs 100 workers and can produce 1 million garments annually at full capacity. Products are sold to Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other regions, creating numerous local job opportunities.
村民余春兰和儿子11月应聘进厂工作："离家近，走路就十分钟。在家门口就能有份好工作，很开心。"这体现了工厂对促进当地就业的积极作用。
Villager Yu Chunlan and her son joined the factory in November: "It's close to home, just a 10-minute walk. We're happy to have good jobs right at our doorstep." This reflects the factory's positive role in promoting local employment.
乡村振兴：该项目是汨罗市首例集体土地入市项目，通过村集体经济组织入股，去年为村集体创收16.6万元，预计今年产值超2000万元，开创了"以企带村、以村促企"的乡村振兴新模式。
Rural Revitalization: As Miluo's first collective land marketization project, with village collective economic organization investment, it generated 166,000 yuan in collective income last year and is expected to exceed 20 million yuan this year, creating a new rural revitalization model of "enterprises driving villages and villages promoting enterprises".
公司负责人黄盛格表示，未来将加强市场对接，探索线上电商模式，拓展销售渠道，带动更多群众"家门口"就业增收。
