Latest Standards for REACH SVHC223 Certification
目前，REACH检测法规中的高关注度物质(SVHC)已更新至23批共223项。2020年6月起，纺织品REACH检测需包含全部223项物质检测。
Currently, the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) under REACH regulations have been updated to 23 batches totaling 223 items. Since June 2020, textile REACH testing must include all 223 substance tests.
SVHC物质的危险特性
Hazardous Characteristics of SVHC
根据REACH法规第57条规定，SVHC具有以下一项或多项危险特性：
According to Article 57 of REACH regulations, SVHC exhibits one or more of the following hazardous characteristics:
- 1. 具有1类及2类的致癌物质、致畸变物质和生殖毒性物质
- 1. Carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR) substances of categories 1 and 2
- 2. 具有持久性、生物累积性、有毒性和强持久强生物累积性的物质
- 2. Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) or very Persistent and very Bioaccumulative (vPvB) substances
- 3. 其它有实际案例证明对人类及环境有严重危害影响的物质(如内分泌干扰素)
- 3. Other substances demonstrated to have serious effects on human health or the environment (e.g. endocrine disruptors)
REACH认证的重要性
Importance of REACH Certification
REACH认证主要要求证明纺织品服装中不含对人体有害的化学物质。凡是在欧盟生产或进口到欧盟市场的纺织品服装，必须通过有害化学物质含量的注册、检验和批准，一旦超过规定含量就不得在欧盟市场销售。
REACH certification primarily requires proof that textile products do not contain chemicals harmful to human health. All textiles produced in or imported to the EU market must undergo registration, testing and approval for hazardous chemical content. Products exceeding the specified limits cannot be sold in the EU market.
