北京生活必需品供应充足：5家电商增派千名配送人员保障民生
中国青年报客户端北京4月27日电（记者 胡宁 刘世昕）北京市商务局副局长赵卫东今日表示，北京生活必需品市场呈现"三稳"态势：供应稳、配送稳、价格稳。监测数据显示，全市7家一级批发市场蔬菜日供应量达2.73万吨，环比增长8.3%，批发价格下降25%。
According to China Youth Daily (reporters Hu Ning & Liu Shixin), Zhao Weidong, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, announced that the city's daily necessities market maintains "three stabilities": stable supply, stable delivery, and stable prices. Monitoring data shows vegetable supply in 7 wholesale markets reached 27,300 tons daily, up 8.3% week-on-week, with wholesale prices dropping 25%.
目前北京采取多维度保供措施：
1. 新发地市场蔬菜日上市量超2.5万吨，价格回归日常水平
2. 政府储备蛋品直供零售终端
3. 商超实行"高峰补货+高频补货"双机制
4. 电商平台按3-5倍日常量备货
Beijing has implemented multi-dimensional supply guarantees:
1. Xinfadi Market's daily vegetable supply exceeds 25,000 tons at normal prices
2. Government egg reserves directly supply retail stores
3. Supermarkets adopt "peak replenishment + high-frequency replenishment"
4. E-commerce platforms maintain 3-5 times normal inventory
特别关注：针对封控区需求，北京市商务局已协调：
• 向朝阳、通州增派6辆应急蔬菜直通车
• 5家重点电商平台新增1000+分拣配送人员
• 启动24小时配送模式，优先保障管控区订单

• 5 major e-commerce platforms added 1,000+ sorting/delivery staff

价格管控成效显著：

• 猪肉批发价下降3%，零售价保持稳定
• 连锁超市协会发布《价格稳定倡议书》
Price control achievements:

目前全市电商平台日均补货量达4600吨，26日累计出动补货车辆800车次。商务局已组建专项工作组入驻主要电商平台，督导疫情防控与保供工作同步落实。
