全球玩具巨头ZURU东莞建厂 年产量将超3亿个挑战健达市场
南都讯 - 据中华人民共和国商务部官网最新消息，全球玩具行业黑马企业ZURU正式宣布将在东莞建立全新生产基地。该工厂投产后，其明星产品GumiYums糖果玩具年产量将突破3亿个，直接挑战费列罗旗下健达出奇蛋(Kinder Surprise)的市场主导地位。
According to the latest announcement from the official website of China's Ministry of Commerce, global toy industry dark horse ZURU will establish a new production base in Dongguan. Upon operation, the annual output of its star product GumiYums candy toys will exceed 300 million, directly challenging the market dominance of Ferrero's Kinder Surprise.
新西兰先驱网报道显示，ZURU目前每年生产约3000万个彩虹色蛋形GumiYums玩具。公司糖果事业部总经理亨利·戈登透露，东莞新工厂占地超10万平方米，将采用10条全自动化生产线，替代原有2条产线，生产成本可降低50%以上。
New Zealand Herald reports indicate ZURU currently produces about 30 million rainbow-colored egg-shaped GumiYums toys annually. Henry Gordon, General Manager of ZURU Candy Division, revealed that the new Dongguan factory covers over 100,000 square meters and will adopt 10 fully automated production lines, replacing the original 2 lines, with production costs reduced by more than 50%.
