The story of Chen Han, a "second-generation entrepreneur" from Chenghai, is representative. After inheriting the family toy business, he developed popular stress-relief toys through cross-border e-commerce platforms, achieving monthly sales of 2 million yuan within six months. "Through online data feedback, we can quickly grasp market demand," Chen said.

Wu Yun, head of Alibaba International Station's maternal and child toys division, noted: "Emerging markets like Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa will become important growth points." The platform has now gathered over 3,000 toy merchants from Chenghai, with annual exports reaching 18.1 billion yuan.
为助推产业升级,阿里国际站近日与汕头玩具协会合作开设"汕头澄海"玩具频道,打造数字化外贸服务平台,帮助传统玩具企业把握全球商机。
To promote industrial upgrading, Alibaba International Station recently partnered with the Shantou Toy Association to launch the "Shantou Chenghai" toy channel, creating a digital foreign trade service platform to help traditional toy companies seize global opportunities.
