央视《焦点访谈》近日曝光，抖音、快手、视频号等平台的直播间存在大量以"尾货孤品"为名销售旧衣服的乱象。这些标价仅几元到几十元的"品牌清仓"商品，实则是未经消毒处理的二手衣物。
According to CCTV's "Focus Interview" investigation, live streaming rooms on platforms like Douyin, Kuaishou and Video Accounts are selling second-hand clothes under the guise of "leftover unique items". These so-called "brand clearance" products priced at just a few yuan are actually used clothes without proper disinfection.
记者调查发现，消费者收到的"孤品"普遍存在污渍、异味、起球等问题，甚至衣兜里还残留零钱、耳钉、瓜子壳等杂物，最夸张的还发现了肛泰栓药品。
The investigation found that these "unique items" received by consumers often have stains, odors, pilling and other problems. Some pockets even contained coins, earrings, melon seed shells, and most shockingly, hemorrhoid suppositories.

记者深入华南某服装尾货批发市场发现，专门供应直播间的"杂款"服装大多堆放在脏乱环境中。纺织专家检测证实，这些衣服存在明显使用痕迹。
At a clothing surplus wholesale market in South China, reporters found so-called "miscellaneous items" specially supplied to live streaming rooms were mostly piled up in dirty environments. Textile experts confirmed these clothes show obvious signs of use.
更令人震惊的是，旧衣回收厂直接参与其中。他们将回收的旧衣服分拣为A货、B货，其中品相较好的"精品货"被直播间采购后，挂上吊牌冒充"孤品"销售。
More shockingly, second-hand clothing recycling plants are directly involved. They sort used clothes into grade A and B, with the better-looking "premium items" being purchased by live streaming rooms and sold as "unique items" with new tags.

The investigation revealed these live streaming rooms use professional lighting and simple ironing to make old clothes look new, while the actual hygiene conditions are worrying. Some live streams even found insect eggs on the clothes during broadcast.
中国人民大学刘刚教授指出："市场经济是法治经济也是诚信经济"，这种欺诈行为必须依法严惩。
Professor Liu Gang from Renmin University pointed out: "Market economy is both a rule-of-law economy and a good-faith economy", such fraudulent practices must be severely punished by law.

专家表示，目前我国缺乏二手服装交易标准，导致市场混乱。2022年国家发改委已发文要求推进旧衣物有序交易，但相关标准仍需尽快落地。
Experts say China currently lacks standards for second-hand clothing trade, leading to market chaos. Although the National Development and Reform Commission issued guidelines in 2022 to promote orderly trade of used clothing, relevant standards still need to be implemented as soon as possible.
