近日，湖北武汉公安破获一起跨境电商代运营诈骗案。警方根据调查锁定了一个诈骗团伙，成功捣毁5处犯罪窝点，13家空壳公司，抓获70名嫌疑人，初算涉案金额高达6000万元。
Recently, Wuhan police in Hubei cracked a cross-border e-commerce operation scam. After investigation, they identified a fraud syndicate, raided 5 criminal dens, shut down 13 shell companies, arrested 70 suspects, with estimated involved amount reaching 60 million yuan.

以湖北武汉公安最新破获的这起诈骗案为例，该诈骗团伙首先聘请数名"金牌讲师"录制视频，进行"成功人士"人设打造，并将广告视频在短视频平台大量传播，尤其精准投放给宝妈等社会经验不足的群体。
Taking this Wuhan case as example, the syndicate first hired several "golden lecturers" to create videos establishing their "successful entrepreneur" personas, then massively distributed these ads on short video platforms, specifically targeting stay-at-home moms and other inexperienced groups.
该讲师声称在行业深耕十几年，具有丰富的跨境电商运营经验，可以为客户提供亚马逊等平台包括注册店铺、选品上架、平台运营、数据分析、物流和产品售后等一系列服务。
These lecturers claimed over a decade of industry experience and comprehensive cross-border operation expertise, offering full services from store registration, product selection, platform operation to data analysis, logistics and after-sales.
