宁波5月15日电 - 在浙江宁波梅山综保区，中信港通国际物流有限公司的新能源汽车专用堆场内，一批批新能源汽车正整装待发，准备通过海运出口国际市场。

宁波海关创新推出的新能源汽车集装箱出口"一站式"监管模式，将海关查验、装箱等流程整合到专业汽车场地，使整体出口时效缩短2-3天，每个集装箱可节省成本约1000元。
Ningbo Customs has innovatively implemented a "one-stop" supervision model for new energy vehicle container exports, integrating customs inspection and container loading processes at specialized vehicle sites. This reduces overall export time by 2-3 days and saves about 1000 yuan per container.
外贸"新三样"表现亮眼：
据海关总署数据，一季度我国电动载人汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池("新三样")合计出口2646.9亿元，同比增长66.9%，占出口比重提升至4.7%。
Outstanding Performance of "New Three" Exports:
According to customs statistics, China's exports of electric passenger vehicles, lithium batteries, and solar cells ("New Three") totaled 264.69 billion yuan in Q1, up 66.9% year-on-year, accounting for 4.7% of total exports.
宁波新能源汽车出口增长显著：
今年1-4月，宁波市新能源汽车出口超3.9万辆，货值36.2亿元，同比分别增长93.4%和88.8%。

From January to April, Ningbo exported over 39,000 new energy vehicles worth 3.62 billion yuan, representing year-on-year increases of 93.4% and 88.8% respectively.
